Milestone Transport Planning are proud to have supported Bellway through the planning process for a former railway goods yard in Gateshead, with work commencing on site, Milestone helped with the transport assessment, travel plans, site access design, as well as assisting Bellway with construction traffic management on site.
Bellway North East are looking to create 98 one and two bedroom apartments across three-storey blocks at this Modello development, in a beautiful location beside the Gateshead Quayside.
The site is testament to Bellway’s ongoing commitment to providing more housing locally and helping improve the area by turning a former brownfield site into a vibrant new community.
