Success for Coppetts Wood

The former hospital building at Coppett”s Wood was acquired by Catalyst Housing who are an affordable housing provider. Milestone Transport Planning (MTP) were engaged as part of the Design Team to assess the residential development options for the site with planning permission being granted for a mix of 80 flats and houses, many of which are with parking provided at basement and surface level.  MTP advised on the internal highway and access requirements including the closure of the former hospital access and design of a new central access onto Coppets Road providing for an ”avenue” into the site.  Through liaison with Haringey Highway Officers we prepared a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan to support the successful application.  Well done to Milestone planning and design teams!
