Planning Consent Ickleford Manor

Milestone were instructed by Jarvis Homes to prepare a Transport Statement in support of a development proposal involving the demolition of several commercial buildings, accommodating office (Use Class B1), storage activity  (Use Class B8) and erection of residential units (Use Class C3), together with modified access, associated car parking, foot/cycleway provision and landscaping on land at Ickleford Manor, Hertfordshire. We are pleased to say that consent was successful.
