Permission for Grange Farm Re-generation

Milestone (MTP) is proud to be involved in The Grange Farm Estate re-generation scheme which was granted Planning Permission at Harrow Council Planning Committee on 21 March 2018 (subject to the Mayor’s Stage 2 referral and consideration by the SOS for Defence).  Over three years on the project MTP have engaged with existing estate residents to understand and address their transport concerns as well as liaising with the Harrow Council Highways team, Transport for London and the Greater London Authority.  We have provided highways and transport support through the scheme design and preparation of planning reports and are excited to continue working with the project team towards the delivery of nearly 600 new homes for the people of South Harrow.
