Good news for June

Hill Primary School, closed its doors in 2010 and has lain empty ever since. MTP has assisted developer Buckley Burnett in the creation of a scheme to convert the historically important building to two residential units, with a further 20 dwellings constructed on the former playground and playing field. The scheme involved significant highways and landscaping works, with new site access created to avoid impacting the mature trees on the site and new pedestrian and cycle routes provided throughout the site. MTP are proud to have been involved in the development of the scheme from the site and pleased that planning permission was granted by Gateshead Council at Committee in May 2017.
